To Add Contact Information for an Organization

This task assumes that the administrator has already defined a list of contact methods (directory types) in the community.

  1. Open the organization you want in the Content pane.
  2. Expand the Directory Entries topic.
  3. Within the topic, click the Show all link.

    A list of contact methods displays.

  4. For each contact method (Directory Type), enter the appropriate value in the Description field.
  5. Click the Save icon at the end of each row or click the Save icon on the toolbar to save all entries.
Tip: To remove the value for an entry, click the Delete icon at the end of that row.
